NCA registration and compliance
Forntise Builders Limited is registered under the National Construction Authority Act No. 41 of 2011 and Regulation No. 7 of 2014 as an Electrical Engineering Service contractor, Category NCA8.
The certificate is accompanied by the NCA Contractor Annual Practising Licence, renewed each year.
Scope of registration
Electrical installation; generating plants and control panels; solar power generation and photovoltaic cell installations; uninterrupted power supply systems (UPS), automatic voltage regulators (AVR) and surge protectors; construction of power transmission lines and installation of power distributors' equipment; retrofitting for improving energy efficiency.
Electronic installations; telecommunications — PABX, intercoms and telephone wiring; electronic communications — public address and conference systems; road communications; structured cabling and computer networking installation; security surveillance systems (CCTV), intruder alarm and access control systems.
Lift hoists, escalators, mechanical ramps, travolators, conveyors and belt installation; compressed air, hydraulic, LP and mechanical gas installation.
Water tanks, treatment plant and pumping plant.
