Work designed and executed to the Energy Act, EPRA regulations, KEBS requirements, IEC and IEE wiring practice and the client's specifications.
Materials
Only KEBS-approved, correctly rated materials from reputable suppliers; substitutions agreed in writing.
People
Work carried out and certified by licensed, experienced electricians under qualified supervision.
Inspection and testing
Every installation inspected and tested before energising, with results recorded.
Documentation
Test certificates, as-built drawings, manuals and warranties at hand-over.
Defects
A defects liability period on all work and prompt response to any issue.
Implementation
How it is put into practice
Method statements and checklists for each installation type; inspection hold points before concealing cables and before energising; calibrated instruments; snagging inspection with the client before hand-over.
Review
We review completed projects, record lessons learned, train our team on new products and regulations and invest in better tools and instruments.
