Treat every client fairly and honestly; never over-promise; never offer anything in exchange for an improper advantage.
Loyalty and commitment
No personal use of company assets, information or time; no gifts or hospitality that could influence decisions.
Business integrity
Respect confidential information; keep accurate records; declare conflicts of interest.
Respect for people
No harassment or discrimination on the basis of nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, disability or political affiliation; fair treatment and pay.
Social responsibility
Protect the company's reputation; hire, train and buy locally; leave every site better than we found it.
Implementation
How it is put into practice
The directors follow up continuously on the Code. Failure to acknowledge it does not excuse any employee from complying with it.
